Returns & Refunds Policy (UAE)

At GiftyGram, every bouquet is handcrafted and delivered fresh.

No Returns

Because flowers are perishable and custom-arranged, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Items (Refund/Replacement)

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll refund you in full or send a replacement at no extra cost.

If products are open or used/not sealed refund is not applicable.

How to report an issue:

  • Email giftygram.ae@gmail.com within 4 hours of delivery.

  • Include your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the issue.

Not covered:
Damage after delivery due to recipient handling, orders left at the doorstep/with concierge per your instructions, delayed collection, or incorrect delivery details provided at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • You may cancel before we begin preparing your bouquet.

  • Once preparation or delivery dispatch has started, the order is non-refundable.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (your bank may take additional time to post).
